You have a 25 year-old male who presents to the ED with left hand pain that started after batting practice. Exam reveals tenderness over the hypothenar eminence. You think to yourself that this is an easy x-ray, splint, and Orthopedics follow up case. 

You get the x-ray done and remember that it's a race to get the Sunrise Wet Read in before discharge. Something doesn't look right, and you call the radiologist who mentions that there is a fracture, and you can get a Carpal Tunnel view to see it better.
